In the spring of 1967, Dad learned that he would be transferred to Udorn, Thailand in September for a year.  

That summer, we moved to New Orleans, traveling in late summer, staying with grandma for a time, and finding a house to rent in Algiers.

Dad left for Thailand the second week in September, and sometime after was transferred again to South Korea where he remained until October of 1968.

These pictures are from that year without Dad.  Dad sent us some pictures of himself from South Korea, and we sent him some of these.
