Dad retired in late 1972, and Mom, Dad, Carolyn, Michael and Sandy moved to New Orleans. After living in a rental house for a short time, they bought the house on Herald Street.
These late 1972 pictures include Susan’s birthday (in college at Dominican at the time), Carolyn’s birthday, Halloween and Christmas.

Michael turned 13 in 1973, Sandy turned 6, and Carolyn graduated from high school and then turned 18 in the fall.Â
In the spring of 1973 Frank graduated from Tulane, and then in the fall started graduate school at Indiana. Carolyn started college at Spring Hill in the fall.
And Kelly, Michael’s first shepherd, joined our family.Â
